Marine Engineering
For operations at sea, there are particularly high demands on the quality and reliability of the ship‘s operating technology.
On board, the repair or replacement of technical ship equipment or other equipment is only possible to a limited extent, and a failure can under certain circumstances represent a considerable safety risk or ultimately also lead to an emergency at sea. That is why we select our partners and their portfolios with great care.
Our many years of experience in working with reliable service providers characterized by a high level of technical expertise enable us to always offer you a solution that is as tailored to your needs as possible and optimal from a technical perspective.
Against the background of the increasing use of sustainable ship operation technology also in yacht building, our focus is on project planning & installation of integrated energy management and drive systems, which ensure a complete and always available supply of all on-board aggregates, independent of the use of conventional fuels.
We are looking forward to your inquiry and promise you that you can put all your ideas about the future technical potential of your yacht confidently in our hands!

SOLBIAN Solar produces customised solar systems for integration into ship decks and textile canopies.
The company was founded in Italy in 2006 as a cooperation between Giovanni Soldini, one of Italy‘
s most famous sailors, and the physicist Marco Bianucci. The young company developed the first flexible solar modules for use on racing yachts, which Giovanni Soldini simultaneously used very successfully on his ships.
In the course of the company‘
s history, the application range of the lightweight solar modules expanded into many other areas.
Apart from the obvious use in motorhomes and expedition vehicles, SOLBIAN Solar‘
s PV solutions are now used to supply power to mountain huts and tents, humanitarian facilities, futuristic architectural applications and solar racing cars, as well as charging stations for electric bicycles and solar chargers for mobile phones and tablets.
Numerous innovations in the field of plastics technology and cell contacting make SOLBIAN solar modules the most efficient and versatile products on the market today.
In 2014, a cooperation with the Austrian company Sailectron GmbH began, expanding the product range to include customised PV solutions.

In addition to planning customised solar systems, Sailectron GmbH and its subsidiary Sailectron Services offer the planning and installation of holistic energy management systems on ships and in vehicles.
In addition to chargers, inverters and monitoring systems for on-board electrics, the company also offers conversion to modern lithium energy storage systems.
Sailectron thus offers turnkey solutions for energy generation, storage and distribution on board. Starting with project planning, through delivery to installation, Sailectron supplies the entire spectrum required for a reliable energy supply on board.
In addition, Sailectron Services manufactures illuminated switch panels for control stands, which are supplied to private customers as well as shipyards.
Today, energy management systems are planned at the Graz site for customers all over the world, which not only fit perfectly into existing structures in terms of appearance, but are also technically designed for maximum yield.
Sailectron‘
s diverse customer base includes numerous, well-known shipyards as well as vehicle manufacturers, universities and innovative industrial companies.
